Our staff are all employed by Lewis Daniels Cleaning Services. We carry out interviews in 2 stages. There is an initial telephone interview to understand your level of experience and ability, and then a second face to face interview.

All newly recruited staff attend a full training day to understand exact requirements, roles and responsibilities.
We have a very personal and respectful relationship with all our staff,and their welfare and wellbeing is always our priority.
All staff are on PAYE with holiday, sick pay and bonus incentives in place. All staff are provided with photo ID, smart navy blue uniforms and high viz vest, plus protective footwear.

Each of our clients has a dedicated site supervisor who will be your main point of contact. They will oversee the day to day operations and logistics on site, manage the staff cleaning regime and rotas and ensure operational excellence. We feel that having a hands-on approach is imperative. All Lewis Daniels staff are solution-driven, punctual and proactive – as well as being flexible to production requirements, understanding the nature of the industry and expecting that things can often change last minute.
